In order to manage booking requests, we collect the following personal data from customers/service users: a) name, b) mobile phone, c) email and d) country of origin, as well as booking information including a) the type of the car, b) date, time, location of collection c) date, time, location of delivery In addition, for the needs of the automatic reservation system, personal data is collected regarding additional services of the reservation 1) total number of passengers 2) child seats (fee per day) 3) Personal accident insurance (fee per day) 3) Use of an additional driver (fee per day) 4) selection of insurance coverage and optionally to complete the reservation 1) residential address (street number city) 2) date of birth 3) airline, flight number, time of arrival, accommodation 4) possible preferences and options 5) number,date of issue and expiry of driver\'s license 6) number, date of issue and expiry of passport  The purpose of data collection and use is to manage your bookings, based solely on your preferences. We collect your personal data directly from you. You provide us your personal data when you fill the registration/communication forms that are available on our website  (communication form, newsletter application form) .

Use - sharing of personal data
We use your personal data with a view to fulfilling your requests in order to  manage your reservations at our hotel and send you special offers .
