HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?
The ways to book a car are as follows:
Book online through our system
Through a phone call
Contact us by e-mail
All reservations are made by category and not specific model. In case of unavailability of a confirmed reservation, Rent automatic car reserves the right to provide the customer with a car of a higher category without charge to the customer.
HOW CAN I PAY?
The payment methods are as follows:
Cash
Deposit into a bank account
Credit card
WHAT KIND OF INSURANCE COVERAGE DO YOU PROVIDE IN THE PRICE?
a) Driver's insurance, b) insurance for bodily harm to passengers and third parties, c) insurance for property damage (A necessary condition, driving in accordance with the Road Traffic Code), d) fire insurance, e) theft insurance.
Additional 24-hour roadside assistance is provided.
Not covered by any insurance: damage to tires, wheels, windshields and windows, damage to the bottom of the car, damage and wear to the interior of the car and theft of personal items.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO DECLARE AN ADDITIONAL DRIVER?
Yes, the only requirements are that they meet the rental requirements and declare at the start of the rental that they are covered by the insurance.
ARE CHILD SEATS AVAILABLE?
Child seats, for all ages, are available if you inform us in time and are available free of charge.
IS AN INTERNATIONAL DRIVER'S LICENSE NECESSARY?
For residents of the USA, Canada, Australia and China, an international driver's license is required. For all other non-EU countries it is optional.
IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE LIMIT FOR THE DRIVER WHO WILL RENT THE CAR?
The driver should have a minimum age limit of twenty-three (23) years and an upper age limit of seventy-five (75) years, as well as hold a driver's license/license for at least 1 year.
ARE THERE ELECTRIC CARS AVAILABLE?
Yes, our fleet includes electric cars. You can see them in our fleet.
IS THE POSSIBILITY OF EXTENDING THE LEASE PERIOD?
It is possible to extend the duration of the car rental, as long as timely notification is made. (Especially during high season).
WHERE CAN I PICK UP AND DELIVER THE CAR?
Delivery and collection of the car can be done at our headquarters or at the Thessaloniki Airport and port. If you want the delivery and collection of the car to take place at another place that you indicate to us, there is an additional charge.
ARE THERE SPECIFIC HOURS WHEN THE CAR CAN BE DELIVERED-PICKED UP?
Our office hours are: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Collection and delivery of vehicles is possible from 07:00 to 24:00.
(For after-hours services between 7:00-8:00 and 22:00-24:00, additional charges apply.)
If you need to pick up or drop off the car outside of office hours, you must contact us first.
HOW DO YOU PICK UP THE CAR?
To pick up the car outside our office, there will be a person from our company who will hold a card with your name on it. You, on the other hand, are required to have your driver's license and credit card.
IS THE CAR FULL OF FUEL WHEN RECEIVED?
Yes. Your only obligation is that when you deliver the car, there is as much fuel as when you receive it. If the car is delivered with less fuel than the starting fuel, the customer is charged for the fuel difference. No refund is given if the car is returned with more fuel than was received.
Electric vehicles in particular are delivered fully charged and on return can be refunded at 50%
DOES THE COMPANY'S POLICY ALLOW TRAVEL OUTSIDE GREECE?
It is not allowed to transport any type of rental car outside of Greece.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT?
In the event of an accident, the lessee must inform the company as well as the police and provide the police registration form upon return. In the event of an accident caused by our customer, €30 is charged for handling the accident file.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IN CASE OF MECHANICAL FAILURE?
In case of mechanical breakdown, you should call us. Our company offers 24/7 roadside assistance.
IF THERE IS A DELAY IN DELIVERY OF THE CAR, WHAT WILL HAPPEN?
If you need to extend the rental period of the car, then you should contact us in time so that we can check the availability. In case of non-timely notification there will be an additional charge. More specifically, a delay of more than 5 hours results in an extra day's charge.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THEY CUT OFF MY CALL?
In case you receive a summons for any offense you are required to pay the fee to the relevant authority, either you pay to us and we undertake to pay it.
HOW SHOULD THE CONDITION OF THE VEHICLE BE ON RETURN?
When returning the vehicle to the station, the vehicle must be in excellent condition on the outside (no scratches, dents, etc.) and on the inside (no tears in the seats, carpets and no liquids that could damage them). Of course, we consider material damage to the vehicle and not issues of dust, mud, soil, etc.
HOW DO I ENSURE THE CONDITION OF THE VEHICLE WHEN RECEIVING IT?
Upon receipt of the vehicle, a check is made by you and our partner with a special document and photos to see which damages or scratches were already present on the vehicle.
WHAT IS THE POSSIBLE MINIMUM RENT?
The minimum rental is 48 hours.
